Do you provide overnight visits?

We are not able to provide overnight visits. I'd be happy to provide references of pet sitters who do provide overnight stays. back to top

How many dogs do you walk at the same time?

I do not do pack walks like you see some dog walkers do. Generally, I only walk dogs from the same household, so normally one to three dogs at a time. Occasionally, I may feel a dog will benefit from walking with another similar dog. I will pair up the dogs based on location, behavior and walking style. This will be done with the permission of both owners. back to top

Do you board dogs in your home?

I do not provide boarding services in my home. I'd be happy to provide references of people who do board dogs in their home or local kennels that I have had experience with. back to top

What happens if my dog gets sick while I'm gone?

If any animal becomes ill while you are away, I will take appropriate actions to get them the best care for the situation. I will notify you immediately so you are aware of what is going on. I will take them to their personal vet if possible. If it is an emergency situation, I will take them to the nearest vet or a 24 hour hospital if after hours. Once the vet has care of your pet, I am unable to make any decisions on behalf of your pet. I encourage everyone to leave a credit card on file with their vet as well as any insructions in regards to emergency care. back to top

Do you have a license and insurance?

I do have a license, am bonded and carry liability insurance. back to top

What areas do you service?

Currently I cover South San Jose, Willow Glen, Campbell, parts of Los Gatos and parts of Almaden Valley. If you are out of those areas, I can give you a referral of a walker or sitter in your area. back to top

How do I know my dog/cat will like you?

Prior to any service, I will schedule a meet and greet with you and your pet(s). During this time I will get to know your pets and you can see our interaction. We will also go over all instructions and expectations as well. One meet and greet is free of charge and there is no obligation to hire me. I understand meeting with more than one sitter to see who is the best fit for your situation. back to top

What if I need to cancel a walk or visit?

I have a fairly lenient cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a walk or visit, please text, call or email me as soon as possible. As long as I haven't shown up, I won't charge you if you cancel. If I have shown up and the dog is not there, I will charge you for the dog walk. If last minute cancelling becomes excessive, I may need to enforce a stricter policy. back to top
